HR Officer (With Dutch and English)

Your responsibilities
- Key activities fleet
- Coordination and support for ordering new company cars
- Follow-up of cost and invoicing flow with employees and leasing companies
- Coordination with leasing companies and link with payroll
- Supporting the strategy of fleet management in terms of evolving legislation
- Key activities L&D Admin
- Serving as a contact point to help global employees, as well as for new hires
- Serving as the administrator of the global learning management system (LMS)
- Managing user accounts, course registrations, learning paths and system configuration
- Uploading, testing, and publishing educational content
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in the LMS
- Key activities Payroll
- Administration linked to the payroll process
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role (2-3 years)
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive, problem-solving, and service-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Ability to work efficiently and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Belgium

- Hybrid working model. During the probation period (3 months), you will work from the office daily. After the probation period, there is the possibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office, with flexible starting hours
