We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support an international ERP transformation project focused on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Source-to-Pay processes, working closely with Finance, Procurement and technology teams.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay who would like to gain further experience in ERP implementation and finance transformation.

Your responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Source-to-Pay area, contributing to process development, testing and system transition activities.
• Participate in the improvement and standardization of procurement and Accounts Payable processes.
• Assist in defining business requirements related to purchasing, purchase orders, invoice processing and supplier payments.
• Support the development of invoice verification and approval workflows, including two-way and three-way matching.
• Contribute to the configuration and validation of payment processes, ensuring appropriate financial controls.
• Support supplier master data preparation, validation and migration from existing ERP systems.
• Work with Finance and Tax teams to ensure accurate handling of purchase-related taxes.
• Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
• Provide operational support during system go-live and the post-implementation stabilization period.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery of project activities.

Our requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, Procurement or a related finance area.
• Practical knowledge of invoice processing, purchase orders, payment activities and supplier management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP.
• Understanding of financial controls, approval workflows and invoice matching processes.
• Previous involvement in ERP implementation, system migration or process improvement projects would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI would be beneficial.
• Good analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Procurement, IT and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to work in a changing project environment.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field would be an advantage.
