About the project

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with strong expertise in finance processes and a passion for delivering business value through technology. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design effective Business Central solutions, and support organizations throughout their digital transformation journey.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Design and implement Business Central architectures aligned with client needs
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering activities
• Advise clients on finance and accounting functionalities within Business Central
• Support pre-sales initiatives, including solution demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 developments and best practices

Our requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Proven experience in pre-sales activities and solution consulting
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
• Experience conducting workshops and presenting solutions to business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Polish and advanced English
• Residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience in a Solution Architect role
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Dynamics products
