As a Customer Service Intern with French , you'll gain hands-on experience with SAP, track orders, support our team, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll develop key problem-solving and communication skills while working on real projects that make an impact.

Your main tasks

• Processing orders in SAP and cooperation with the Back Office team
• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and queries
• Tracking orders and delivery dates for customers
• Performing administrative tasks and providing support with reporting
• Taking part in internal projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Working closely with internal & external customers

Your ideal background

• Quick learning skills
• Good analytical skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good command in English (B2) & French is a plus
