Looking for a role right on the verge of Finance and IT where you don’t just “log tickets”, but actually keep business‑critical finance systems running and improve how they’re used?

For one of our international clients, we’re hiring a Finance Systems Administrator to support and administer their finance systems landscape (incl. Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse).

Location: Warsaw (hybrid: 2 days/week in the office; UK working hours – typically start around 10:00).

Contract: permanent employment.

Your duties will include :

• day-to-day system administration + support for finance systems (with strong focus on Elite 3E)
• monitoring, data integrity checks, resolving discrepancies and integration/data feed issues
• user access & security administration, handling queries via Freshservice ITSM
• supporting month-end activities (occasional evenings/weekends for releases/close)
• working with vendors and stakeholders, plus documentation, audits, testing and upgrades
• supporting releases and updates as well as integrations and implementations within the finance domain

Your skills & experience :

• 4+ years in Finance/IT/professional services support (business-critical apps)
• strong Elite 3E experience or experience with another finance system
• working knowledge of SQL – nice to have (if you haven’t used SQL yet, you can learn here)
• very good English B2+/C1
• nice to have: project exposure, post-implementation support, understanding of integrations/databases
