Senior Rust Engineer / Architect
Location : Remote in Europe
We're looking for a Senior Rust Engineer / Architect ready to dive into researching, analyzing, and building cutting-edge software.
Project description: The Unified Log Management Platform streamlines log collection, storage, and analysis, enabling real-time data transformation and system integration. It empowers businesses to optimize operations, enhance security, and ensure compliance with innovative, user-focused solutions.
Must-haves in the technology stack:
- 4-5 years of programming experience with Rust.
- Over 5 years in systems programming, including languages such as C++ or Go.
- Open for on-calls in the project (from time to time).
- Proficiency in network programming.
- Knowledge of multithreaded programming.
- Experience with SSL/TLS APIs.
- Strong algorithmic skills.
- Expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Adherence to secure coding practices.
- Commitment to code quality and readability.
- Enthusiasm for working in a Multi-platform environment.
A bit more about the ideal candidate:
- Experience in Java programming.
- Background in building distributed systems.
- Knowledge of build automation.
- Prior experience as a software architect.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Recruitment process:
Discovery talk with HR (about 30 min.).
Technical task to solve (Codility max 1,5h)
Call with the client (1 with Tech Lead and, 1 with Developer max 1h).
Final talk with CEO (about 30 min.).
