We are currently supporting the development of a new Shared Services Center in Łódź, which is building its finance operations and expanding its international team.

We are looking for professionals who would like to join a new SSC structure and develop their career in an international finance environment.

Your responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash processes for international markets
• Processing and monitoring customer invoices and incoming payments
• Performing cash application and account reconciliation
• Monitoring outstanding receivables and supporting collection activities
• Handling customer queries related to invoices and payments
• Investigating and resolving disputes and payment discrepancies
• Performing customer account reconciliations and open-item management
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams
• Supporting month-end closing activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, controls and agreed KPIs
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the development of the new SSC
• Depending on your experience, the role may also involve areas such as credit & collections, dispute management, billing, revenue recognition or other OTC activities.

Our requirements

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Collections, Cash Application or a related finance area
• Good understanding of accounting and AR processes
• Advanced German (C1) and good command of English (B2)
• Experience in an international or Shared Services environment is an advantage
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is highly desirable
• Good command of MS Excel
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders
