About the project, We are looking for a versatile ServiceNow IRM professional who combines consulting, business analysis, and technical expertise. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams, driving the successful implementation of Integrated Risk Management solutions and helping organizations improve their risk, compliance, and governance processes. Your responsibilities, Leading the implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices, Conducting requirements analysis and solution design for Integrated Risk Management processes, Collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver effective risk management solutions, Providing ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, Assessing control effectiveness and conducting individual risk assessments, Managing the risk register and related artifacts to maintain compliance and governance standards, Advising on the ServiceNow data model and its application within risk management processes, Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of IRM concepts

Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management and ServiceNow IRM implementations, Strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management processes and GRC, Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, including data structures and record types, Hands-on experience with key IRM concepts such as Control Effectiveness Assessment, Inherent Risk, and Risk Register, Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams, Fluent English

Optional, Experience in solution architecture within ServiceNow environments, Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules and features
