Location: Kraków
Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from the office)

Our Client is an international manufacturing company with a strong market position and global operations across Europe, Asia, and America. Due to a temporary increase in workload, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support the team for 6–8 months . There is a possibility of extending the cooperation and transitioning to a permanent role, depending on business needs and project results.

Supply Chain Specialist with English

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including order entry, validation, and updates.
• Handling customer claims and returns, including verification and completion of required documentation.
• Ensuring data accuracy and timely execution of processes in line with company procedures.
• Cooperating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Working with SAP to manage and update order-related information.
• Monitoring order status and resolving operational issues on a daily basis.
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with internal standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with SAP.
• English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
• German language knowledge will be an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer-oriented attitude.
