Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Gathering orders, receiving returns, and performing quality control checks.
• Temperature Management: Maintaining optimal storage conditions (approximately 18-20°C).

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English or Dutch.
• Driving License: Valid driver’s license category B.
• Commitment: Willingness to commit to longer term employment.

Working Conditions

• Temperature Control: Working within a temperature controlled environment.
• Accommodation: Provided accommodation in shared rooms (maximum 2 people per room).
• Transportation: Free transportation provided to and from work within the location .
• Weekly Payments: Regular weekly payments.

• Polish Support: Dedicated Polish coordinator available onsite.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: €16.21 per hour (Base rate €14.77 per hour + holiday allowance (minimum 8% calculated from base hours + €0.26 ADV). Age related rates apply.
• Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (20%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
