Junior Project Manager, Onshore Installation Department. Location: Szczecin, Poland (Baltic Business Park, 1 Maja 39 Street). Hybrid work. Valid work permit required.

The Junior Project Manager assists in planning, executing, and monitoring projects under the guidance of senior management. They coordinate tasks, track progress, and support teams in meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. The role includes preparing reports, communicating with clients, and identifying risks or issues. Junior Project Managers help ensure project objectives are met efficiently while fostering teamwork and process compliance, providing operational support, assisting with resource allocation, and contributing to achieving project success from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Coordinate tasks and resource allocation.
• Support budget and expense management.
• Prepare status reports for senior management.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local HSEQ legislation.
• Identify project risks and propose solutions.
• Ensure team compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Take ownership of Health & Safety compliance within assigned projects, ensuring that all activities are planned and executed in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies, and client requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture across the project team.

Skills, abilities and knowledge

• Experience of supporting project execution, planning, and reporting.
• Knowledge of technical project requirements, safety compliance, and operational processes.
• Experience of problem-solving, decision-making, and client-focused communication.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with ERP/project management software.
• Proficient in written, spoken, and comprehension of English language.
