About the project, We are looking for an Azure AD Support Engineer to support enterprise customers with identity and access management issues.

Your responsibilities, Troubleshoot complex Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID issues, Support tenant, domain, user, group, and access management, Advise customers on identity and security solutions, Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides, Collaborate with internal technical teams

Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Experience with Active Directory, AD DS, and LDAP, Knowledge of Azure RBAC, PIM, SSPR, Access Reviews, and Password Protection, Understanding of B2B, B2C, guest users, and group management, Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
