For our client, international company located in Złotniki (near to Poznań), we are looking for a Power Platform Developer . As one of our new developers in our team for Power Platform & AI, you will translate complex business requirements into secure and maintainable digital solutions. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, combining low-code development with pro-code and AI development where needed. Our team is split between Denmark and Poland, and you can expect to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Main duties will include:

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, deploy, and support Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, with Dataverse as a core data platform.
• System Architecture: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with corporate governance, data policies, access controls, and application lifecycle management standards.

Requirements:

• Application Development Experience: Proven experience designing, building, testing, and supporting business applications from requirements through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Power Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, solutions, security roles, environment variables, and connection references.
• Business and Process Understanding: Ability to understand complex business processes, challenge requirements constructively, and translate user needs into practical digital solutions.
• Self-Driven and Quality-Conscious: You take personal ownership of your work, act independently, and consistently strive for high-quality, secure, well-tested, and maintainable solutions while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in English.
