Senior BO Calypso BA (Settlement)

DXC Luxoft will implement Calypso as the front-to-back Fixed Income Treasury solution. The 18-month greenfield-like implementation covers the complete trade lifecycle — deal capture, settlement (KDPW, SWIFT, NBP), accounting, and regulatory reporting — configuring Polish part of Bank as a new processing organization on client existing central Calypso instance.

The project is delivered in three phases (Blueprint, Pilot Implementation, Localization) under a tri-party collaboration model between Client, DXC Luxoft, and Nasdaq.

Own the settlement stream, delivering end-to-end settlement capabilities for Polish market infrastructure (KDPW, SWIFT, NBP, ICSD) and ensuring CSDR compliance.

• Owns the settlement stream: KDPW, SWIFT, NBP, ICSD
• Manages reconciliation and CSDR settlement discipline compliance
• Handles SSI/SDI accuracy validation
• Drives SWIFT MT5xx lifecycle for KDPW, Sorbnet/NBP, and Clearstream
• Leads BO configuration for settlement channels built from scratch for Polish assets
• Supports CSDR penalty calculation and reporting

• Minimum 10 years of techno-functional experience in capital markets • Calypso Back Office configuration experience (v18 preferred); Murex or SAP knowledge advantageous
• Stream Lead experience for front-to-back implementations covering Securities, Derivatives, Equity, and Depo/Loan asset classes
• Proven experience implementing reconciliation systems for capital markets back office
• Experience designing data migration strategies for transactions, counterparties, payments, and confirmations
• Payment processing and settlement stream experience in banking environments
• Polish — mandatory (Day 1 requirement); English — C1 or above
