Stryker seeks experienced Senior CNC Machine Operators/Setters for its manufacturing facility in Skawina, Poland. The role involves operating and programming CNC machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, performing quality control, and maintaining production standards in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and reprogram CNC machines independently from control panels
• Identify and resolve nonconformities, troubleshoot technical problems, perform minor repairs
• Implement and optimize new machining processes
• Perform quality control inspections using measuring tools and process documentation
• Load and unload materials and products while maintaining production efficiency metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years operating CNC machines for metal, alloy, or plastic processing
• Minimum 2 years independent CNC machine setup and changeover experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
• Secondary or vocational technical education
• Fluent Polish language skills in speech and writing
• Willingness to work 3-shift or 12-hour balanced shift schedules
• CNC programming skills (G-code, CAM) preferred

Compensation: zł72,500 - zł120,800 PLN annually/gross
