Your responsibilities

• Develop an Order-to-Cash (O2C) process blueprint as standard for our Material Solution Division (Atotech) worldwide, regional, and local entities and work towards harmonizing the process across the entire organization.
• Develop relevant process documentation and ensure maintenance as the process evolves.
• Drive continuous process improvements and be responsible for the development, testing, and system implementation.
• Determine key performance indicators KPIs and measure business benefits.
• Monitor process compliance within relevant systems and with the help of (local) process experts.
• Train and empower the business/end user to easily adopt process changes and improvements.
• Facilitate process review to meet and manage quality expectations.
• Work closely with local sales organizations, the global Sales Operations Team, and the global IT department.
• Travel Requirements: If at all, up to max. 5 % of Travel is required.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, science, or comparable.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years in business process management.
• preferable but not limited to Business Process Owner position
• Strong skills with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Power BI, or comparable
• Good understanding of business processes in general and Order-to-Cash process in particular, and its interaction with upstream and downstream processes.
• Impact orientation and ability to switch between details and the big picture.
• Track record in process improvement and harmonization
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, build consensus, and drive change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
• A strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes.

Optional

• Working experience in process mapping and mining with Celonis, SAP Signavio, etc.
• Experience in the chemical industry or comparable.

As a Business Process Owner Order-to-Cash at MKS/Atotech, you will partner with regional and local sales organizations and the global IT department to drive our target of full sales process digitalization, build strategies for process automation, and drive continuous process improvements. In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales Processes and CRM.
