Continuous Improvement Reporting Specialist

Your responsibilities, developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, analyzing business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions, developing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, and reporting datasets, monitoring and improving data quality, report performance, and reporting standards, collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement, preparing ad hoc analyses and reporting outputs where automated solutions are not available, providing reporting expertise and sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance within the Continuous Improvement team, supporting process improvement and reporting-related automation initiatives, staying informed about developments in Power BI, reporting, analytics, and related Microsoft technologies, and recommending improvements where beneficial.

Optional, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms, Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools, Basic knowledge of any programming language, Experience in SSC/BPO environment, Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes
