Join Our Team as an EPT Forklift Operator

We are looking for a motivated EPT Forklift Operator to work in a modern, multi‑industry warehouse located in the Netherlands. You will operate an EPT forklift in a warm hall, contributing to the smooth flow of goods across various product lines.

What You’ll Do

• Operate an EPT forklift safely and efficiently in a multi‑branch warehouse.
• Handle inbound and outbound loads, ensuring accurate placement and timely dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warm hall.
• Collaborate with team members on a 3‑shift schedule (day, swing, night).

What We Expect

• Communicative knowledge of English and/or Dutch .
• Valid certification for operating EPT forklifts.
• Relevant experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Category B driving licence.
• Readiness to commit to a longer‑term employment relationship.

Working Conditions

• Warm‑climate hall, providing a comfortable working temperature.
• Three‑shift system with shift premiums of 20 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 % depending on the schedule.
• Free transportation to the workplace within the Netherlands.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly gross wage: €16.21 (base €14.77 + €0.26 ADV + minimum 8 % vacation allowance on basic hours).
• No overtime premium – shift differentials are applied instead.
• Company‑provided accommodation (shared rooms for up to two persons).
• Weekly pay cycles.
• Option to travel with a partner for off‑site assignments.
• Polish‑speaking coordinator on site for support.
