About the Role:
A s a Student Assistant in our Record-to-Report (RtR) Department , you will support daily accounting and financial reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience in a global finance environment. Working closely with experienced team members, you will contribute to month-end closing, financial data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and finance projects, helping to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of RtR operations.
Your main tasks will include:
Assisting with month-end closing activities (journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations)
Validating and analyzing financial data to ensure reporting accuracy
Supporting intercompany invoice processing and costing
Helping improve and streamline accounting and financial reporting procedures
Updating internal financial documentation
Participating in finance projects to optimize departmental processes
We're looking for students (preferably part-time) who:
Are available to work min. 30-35 hours per week both during and after the holidays.
Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail
Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel
Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others
Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2)
Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :)
