Twój zakres obowiązków, Lead IT projects from initiation to successful delivery – ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met, Coordinate work between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, Manage project risks, budgets, and progress reporting, Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, standards, and governance across the organization, Support initiatives related to digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI and automation, Prepare and maintain project documentation

Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a business or IT environment. Experience in IT is not required – we’ll help you develop your passion for technology through dedicated training, Excellent organizational and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment., Very good command of English (spoken and written), Experience in ERP system implementations (SAP or equivalent) will be a strong asset, Openness to business travel (mainly within Europe and the US), Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work, Genuine interest in new technologies, especially AI.
