Senior IT Analyst (KYC / AML)

Twój zakres obowiązków Gather, analyse and document business, regulatory and system requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams. Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Analyse business processes and data flows to support solution design. Assess the impact of changes and manage dependencies across systems and teams. Collaborate closely with Business, Architecture, Development, QA and Operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support solution delivery in an Agile environment. Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous process improvement. Nasze wymagania Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst or System Analyst. Hands-on experience with requirements engineering and business/system analysis. Experience in business process modelling. Strong knowledge of user story creation and acceptance criteria definition. Experience with data analysis and data mapping. Understanding of system integrations and API concepts. Knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage. Understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise-level IT solutions. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Practical knowledge of KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), onboarding or related regulatory processes. Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
