About the project, Are you experienced in database engineering and leveraging cloud-based technologies? Join our dynamic and innovative team in the Sales Analytics Cluster, where we turn data into actionable insights using the latest advanced analytics and AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing resilient cloud architectures, improving platform performance and cost efficiency, and enabling scalable data-processing solutions that support advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases., , Working closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement of our cloud ecosystem and ensure operational excellence across applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.

Your responsibilities, Design and optimize scalable cloud-native solutions on GCP., Improve performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency of cloud platforms., Design and support data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical workloads., Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform., Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions., Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis., Define cloud architecture standards and engineering best practices., Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and architects to deliver robust solutions.

Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Strong Python development skills., Excellent SQL knowledge., Experience with cloud architecture and distributed systems., Experience with cloud optimization, scalability, and performance tuning., Hands-on experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data processing frameworks., Experience with Apache Airflow / Cloud Composer., Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)., CI/CD and DevOps practices., Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Optional, Dataproc, Dataflow, dbt., Cloud security and observability., Microservices and API architecture., GenAI / Agentic AI experience.

We combine and consolidate the bank's data to identify customer needs and transform them to sales opportunities using customized analytical models.
