Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead

Labcorp seeks a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to develop and execute change management strategies for organizational transformation initiatives. This remote role in Poland involves designing communication plans, engaging stakeholders, measuring adoption effectiveness, and building enablement capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with transformation goals
• Design and execute communication plans tailored to projects and target audiences
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure change effectiveness
• Create enablement materials, training strategies, and adoption support tools
• Partner with stakeholders and Process Governance to assess organizational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of organizational change management experience
• 2+ years delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
• 2+ years leveraging technology as transformation enabler
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of ADKAR or similar change models
