Senior System Analyst

We are looking for Senior System Analysts to join a strategic transformation project in the corporate banking sector. The role focuses on shaping requirements, designing integrations, and delivering system-level specifications for a modern, API-driven platform built from scratch in a highly distributed architecture.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements andtranslate them into detailed technical and integration specifications
• Define and document REST/SOAPAPIs for interfacing with multiple systems
• Model processes and flows usingBPMN/UML in Enterprise Architect
• Validate integration logic usingPostman, Swagger, SQL, SOAP UI
• Conduct system impact assessmentsand support architecture reviews
• Collaborate closely withdevelopers, architects, product owners, and testers
• Provide functional support duringtesting and acceptance phases

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst on large enterprise IT projects(banking/fintech preferred)
• Proven track record in distributed architecture, API design, and systemintegration projects
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and modelling tools (Enterprise Architect)
• Hands-on with REST and SOAP flows and related tools (Postman, Swagger)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systemsend-to-end
• Polish fluency and English at B2 working level

Nice to have:

• With microservices and messaging platforms (Kafka)
• Background in secure mobile or web systems
• Familiarity with event-driven design, user story mapping, or event storming
• Knowledge of application architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Work inmultilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on internationalprojects
• Long-term B2Bcontract with stable project pipeline
