We are looking for a Pre-Sale Specialist - Cyber Security Solutions to support the sales of products such as password secure, password vaulting, and credential management tools.In this role, you will work with sales teams, partners, and customers to show how our solutions protect credentials, reduce privileged access risks, and strengthen security.

You will translate customer challenges into practical technical solutions, deliver demos and PoCs, and provide architectural guidance to ensure successful adoption of company products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales opportunities by providing technical expertise on password and credential security solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, security challenges, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and support proof‑of‑concept deployments to show product value.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, presenting at workshops, webinars, customer briefings, and supporting partners with technical enablement.
  • Identify customer gaps, risks, and requirements related to password management and privileged access.
  • Advise customers on best practices for password security, credential rotation, and secure access workflows.
  • Collaborate with customer teams, including security, IT operations, and compliance, throughout the evaluation process.
  • Provide technical input for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with product teams to help improve our solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in presales engineering
  • Strong understanding of: cybersecuirity and Password management
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) would be an asset
  • Experience working with tools such as: 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, Keeper, Zoho Vault, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust.
