Digital Transformation IT Project Manager (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of individual website implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives with global visibility, focusing on discrete projects rather than overseeing a program of related initiatives. Your responsibilities, Managing daily project operations for assigned implementations within defined timelines and budget, Collaborating with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables, Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project efforts, Defining project governance and control mechanisms in line with organizational standards, Identifying and managing project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed, Managing project schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment within the project framework, Preparing and maintaining project artifacts such as timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking, Collaborating with other Project Managers to share best practices and lessons learned, Ensuring projects align with business unit objectives while delivering measurable results, Reporting on project status and escalating issues or risks that may impact delivery, Contributing to steering committee or leadership discussions as needed

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale digital transformation projects, Proven ability to manage complex technology implementation projects across multiple stakeholders, Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Experience with project financial tracking and reporting, Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders effectively, Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Advanced level of English
