Job overview

The Technical Support Consultant – ERP Integration role at Medius is a critical part of the team based in Cracow. The team is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting integration between our app and customer’s ERP, focusing on SAP, D365FO, D365BC, NetSuite . You will work alongside other departments such as R&D, 1st line Support, and Consulting to resolve complex technical issues that our customers face, improving processes and systems as you go. This position involves working from 13:00 to 21:00, ensuring coverage during the specified hours. The position is hybrid based in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshooting technical issues within SAP ERP integration area escalated to our team from other departments,

• Supporting customers, partners and consultants in solving technical issues, providing clear , timely and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholders’ satisfaction,

• Staying up to date with new technologies, tools, and features relevant to our work to resolve issues efficiently and provide ongoing product improvements,

• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and any relevant technical information to improve future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of ongoing personal and professional growth,

• Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written), as the role involves communication with an international team and customers,

• A solid general understanding of technology and comfort with working in technical environments,

• Experience working with SQL, XML , and JSON ,

• Familiarity with distributed systems,

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems,

• Ability to solve complex problems and provide clear, actionable solutions,

• A keen eye for detail , especially when diagnosing technical issues,

• A focus on customer satisfaction and an understanding of the importance of delivering clear, effective support,

• Previous experience with any of mentioned ERPs is a plus.

Medius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

• Contract of Employement - 12 500- 14 500 PLN/month gross

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and retirement benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
