About the project, For one of our clients in the pet food industry — a company creating personalized, fresh meals for dogs through a subscription-based model — we are looking for a Customer Love Specialist to join the Customer Support team. This innovative European company combines technology, nutritional expertise, and a genuine love for animals to improve the quality of life of dogs and their owners across Europe.

Your responsibilities, Provide friendly and professional support via email, chat, and ticketing systems., Assist customers with subscription changes, order modifications, and account inquiries., Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions aligned with company policies., Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.

Availability to work Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00, Strong in spoken and written Italian (at least C1) and English (B2+), High-speed internet – fixed broadband, Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments, Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues, Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation, Part-time students are welcome
