About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to support field validation and interoperability activities for mobile communication technologies in Poland for our client – a leading global mobile device manufacturer headquartered in China. This role combines technical testing, on‑site coordination and cross‑functional collaboration within an international telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support communication protocol testing for mobile terminals across 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NR) technologies.
• Prepare test plans and execute field testing activities.
• Perform on‑site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Compile structured test reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendors and operators regarding interoperability topics.
• Support issue triage and follow‑up with R&D and system teams.
• Provide on‑site operational and technical support when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in telecom field testing, mobile networks or terminal validation (experience level flexible).
• Understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies.
• Experience working with operators or infrastructure vendors is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
