Your responsibilities
Member Administration and Case Handling
▪️Support our members through administrative activities, including contacting farmers to collect information and maintain accurate records.
▪️Respond to routine member and internal enquiries with care, accuracy, and a service-minded approach.
▪️Guide farmers through documentation requirements and help them navigate relevant processes with confidence.
Data Management & Accuracy
▪️Review and verify documentation in line with established guidelines and quality standards.
▪️Maintain accurate member and master data to help ensure reliable processes and high-quality service.
Operational Support
▪️Provide administrative support that helps keep daily member operations running smoothly and efficiently.
▪️Assist the team with operational tasks and support improvements.
Collaboration and Communication
▪️Build positive relationships with farmers and colleagues across different teams and markets.
▪️Work closely with colleagues in an international environment and contribute to a supportive team culture.
▪️Take part in training sessions, workshops, and team initiatives to grow your skills and knowledge.
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
▪️Help create and maintain useful knowledge materials, such as guides and internal support documentation.
▪️Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement in everyday processes and ways of working.

What you bring
▪️You are a student or at the beginning of your professional career and looking to gain practical experience in administration and member support.
▪️You are fluent in English and speak Danish, Swedish, or German at a communicative level.

▪️You are interested in learning new systems, such as Salesforce.

In this role, you will help ensure that our farmers receive timely, accurate, and professional administrative support. You will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high-quality member data, and support documentation processes related to quality assurance and sustainable farming programs. Your work will help build trust with our members and support a positive overall farmer experience.
