About the Role

We are looking for a Lead SME – Cryptography to support cybersecurity and technology teams in the area of cryptographic assurance, advisory, and operational support.

This role is ideal for professionals interested in developing expertise in cryptography within a large-scale technology environment. You will support security-related processes, respond to cryptography-related queries, and help ensure operational excellence across security and compliance activities.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across technology and cybersecurity functions, contributing to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support cryptography-related assurance and advisory activities
• Process and manage requests within agreed SLAs
• Respond to operational and technical queries related to cryptography
• Escalate and clarify non-standard or high-priority requests
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of documentation and data quality
• Support issue identification, reporting, and operational tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and security teams

Requirements

• Understanding of cryptography concepts and their practical usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
• Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously develop technical expertise
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Background in technology, cybersecurity, or IT operations
• Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven processes
• Familiarity with security standards and documentation practices
