Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead compliance initiatives and drive meaningful impact across global clients through strong advisory, execution, and expertise in cybersecurity frameworks.
As a Compliance Manager , you will play a key role in helping organizations strengthen their compliance posture, implement effective controls, and navigate complex regulatory environments.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will work with diverse teams, lead engagements, and contribute to solving real-world cybersecurity and compliance challenges. You will gain exposure to global clients while building expertise across leading frameworks and tools.

What You Will Do in This Role
Client Advisory & Engagement
- Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance and cybersecurity frameworks
- Engage with prospective clients through demos, presentations, and consultations
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Compliance Program Management
- Develop and manage client compliance policies and procedures
- Design and monitor control systems to ensure effectiveness and alignment with standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and maintain compliance processes
Assessment & Assurance
- Assess control environments and identify gaps or risks
- Recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and security posture
- Perform internal audits and pre-assessments
Training & Enablement
- Lead client training sessions on GRC tools and compliance best practices
- Support clients in understanding and adopting regulatory requirements
- Review and report compliance status to management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across compliance programs and processes
Requirements
- Strong audit and cybersecurity skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for technology
- Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates leadership potential
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, IT audit, or cybersecurity (preferably in professional services)
- Highly professional in working with clients and internal teams
- Self-starter who performs well in an entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
