Account Executive - Polish Market

Join a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup transforming customer communication through AI-powered voice technology. As one of the early commercial hires for the Polish market, you will play a key role in scaling the company’s presence in Poland while working closely with the founding account executive, founders, and HQ team in Vienna.

This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on role where you will combine sales, customer onboarding, and go-to-market execution in a fast-scaling environment. You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy.

As an early member of the Polish team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact local growth, help scale the sales motion, and grow alongside the company’s international expansion.

Your responsibilities and impact as an account executive will be:

  • Working closely with the Founding Account Executive to scale the Polish market
  • Running demos and discovery calls with SMB clients
  • Managing and converting inbound, outbound, and product-trial leads
  • Building relationships with local businesses across Poland
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborating with founders, marketing, and product teams to improve localization and market positioning
  • Supporting onboarding and customer success to ensure adoption and retention
  • Sharing customer and market feedback with HQ
  • Helping optimize and scale the Polish sales motion

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development
  • Native-level Polish and strong English communication skills
  • Strong commercial mindset and closing mentality
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, and technology-driven products
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive personality
