About the Project: For our client, a global business services center (FMCG sector) , we are looking for an experienced Transition Manager. You will join the Finance Transformation team to take full, end-to-end responsibility for relocating, standardizing, and optimizing financial processes from global divisions / segments to the centralized GBS structures . This role is designed for an expert who can manage the scaling of operations and smoothly guide the organization from one operating model to the target global operating model .
