Your responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex audit engagements; plan and execute audit assignments to ensure all objectives are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop recommendations to improve processes and systems, strengthen risk management, and enhance organizational performance and productivity.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports documenting the audit process, findings, and recommendations.
• Verify and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Participate in the audit planning process, including identifying and updating key business risks.
• Contribute to building and maintaining an effective and efficient internal control environment.
• Perform data-driven analysis to support audit work and identify risk patterns or process inefficiencies.
• Work independently on audit assignments and present audit results and insights to stakeholders.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar area (Internal Audit, Data Governance, Internal Control, Compliance, or Enterprise Risk Management).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written); German is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to gain an understanding of complex, inter-disciplinary processes within a short time-frame.
• Experience with analytical tools such as KNIME, Celonis, ACL or similar data analysis / process mining tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks autonomously, and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations in a clear and structured way to Senior Leadership in a variety of settings.
• Capable of serving as Lead Auditor, overseeing and coordinating project team tasks and deliverables.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM are as strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS O365.
