- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultative or advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including all CE 1st Party Applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding them through complex concepts
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and thorough planning
- Excellent leadership skills to guide project teams
- Advanced level of English
- Residency in Poland
