Join BBH Technology as a Test Automation Intern!
We’re looking for sharp minds and bold thinkers to join our internship program - your pathway to real-world technology, finance, and the kind of professional development that sets you apart. As a Test Automation Intern, you will work on test automation, manual testing and support developers in delivering high quality software testing services.
Internship duration: November 2026 - February 2027
Your responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and development tasks in JIRA to understand the scope of required test validations
Create and manage test scripts and test cases in qTest, following best practices
Contribute ideas and propose improvements to testing architecture, tools, or team workflows
Collaborate with Quality Management teams, Business users, Change Management, and Developers to support ongoing projects
Participate in daily stand-up meetings and stay informed about updates to requirements and development approaches
Our requirements
Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java is a strong signal)
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows environments
Strong English communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with colleagues across global offices daily
Learning agility – ability and motivation to quickly learn new tools, technologies and programming languages
Problem-solving mindset – curiosity to understand how things work and tackle challenges step by step
Initiative & ownership – willingness to take responsibility, ask questions, and actively contribute
Availability of at least 24 hours per week
Familiarity with automated testing concepts
Knowledge of agile/waterfall project management methodology
Exposure to Java or any other programming language
Basic knowledge of SQL, Selenium WebDriver, web services, and networking; experience with build automation tools (preferably Maven) and version control systems (preferably Git)
Experience from internships, personal, academic or group projects.
