Senior Software Engineer

Your new company  

You will join a fast-growing technology company building an AI-powered real-time customer interaction platform. The product combines voice technologies, event-driven architecture, real-time
intelligence and Generative AI to support agents during live customer conversations.

Your new role  

As a Senior Backend / Platform Engineer, you will build the core services powering a low-latency, high-throughput platform. You will work on Go services, event-driven architecture, WebSocket backends and AI-enabled capabilities including LLM integrations,
embeddings and RAG-based solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing scalable backend services in Go.
• Building services on event-driven systems such as NATS, Kafka or similar.
• Creating real-time WebSocket-based backend components.
• Working with distributed systems, high-throughput data flows and low-latency architectures.
• Integrating GenAI capabilities into production-grade platform services.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and improving platform performance.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Strong commercial experience with Go in production environments.
• Experience with event-driven systems such as NATS, Kafka or Redpanda.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets and real-time systems.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Practical experience with GenAI, LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG or model serving.
