We are currently seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist (F/M/D) for our client, an international company.

Finance & Operations Specialist (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating cooperation with external accounting providers.
  • Managing invoicing process: issuing invoices, handling client queries, and monitoring payments.
  • Overseeing receivables and following up on overdue payments.
  • Collecting and reviewing cost documents and forwarding them to accounting.
  • Reconciling company expenses, including corporate cards.
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc financial reports and analyses.
  • Coordinating payroll processes for employees and contractors (~40 people), including verification of timesheets and expenses.
  • Supporting HR administration: maintaining employee records, contracts, and benefits.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees on payroll and HR-related matters.
  • Handling general administrative and office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance, administration, or accounting (preferred)
  • A degree in a related field is a plus
  • A desire to grow in the field of finance
  • At least intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • English proficiency at the B1 level or higher
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
