We are currently seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist (F/M/D) for our client, an international company.
Finance & Operations Specialist (F/M/D)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating cooperation with external accounting providers.
- Managing invoicing process: issuing invoices, handling client queries, and monitoring payments.
- Overseeing receivables and following up on overdue payments.
- Collecting and reviewing cost documents and forwarding them to accounting.
- Reconciling company expenses, including corporate cards.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc financial reports and analyses.
- Coordinating payroll processes for employees and contractors (~40 people), including verification of timesheets and expenses.
- Supporting HR administration: maintaining employee records, contracts, and benefits.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees on payroll and HR-related matters.
- Handling general administrative and office tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in finance, administration, or accounting (preferred)
- A degree in a related field is a plus
- A desire to grow in the field of finance
- At least intermediate proficiency in Excel
- English proficiency at the B1 level or higher
- Proficiency in French is a plus
