We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with hands-on experience across Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession Planning.
Responsibilities
Configure goal plans, performance forms, route maps, rating scales and competencies.
Support goal setting, performance reviews and calibration processes.
Configure succession planning, talent pools, successor nominations, talent cards and succession organisation charts.
Manage Role-Based Permissions and relevant module integrations.
Support testing, troubleshooting, enhancements and production issues.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
Requirements
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Hands-on expertise in both PMGM and Succession Planning.
Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement or AMS/support projects.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications in PMGM and Succession Planning.
Nice to have: Global implementations and additional SuccessFactors module experience.
