Project Manager / Integration Coordinator - Finance Systems

Role overview 

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Integration Coordinator to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout program.

This role is responsible for coordinating integration activities across SAP S/4HANA and Finance applications, ensuring successful preparation for integration and end-to-end testing. The successful candidate will manage dependencies, risks, and communication across multiple teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and Finance systems.
• Ensure readiness for integration and end-to-end testing by managing dependencies, prerequisites, and cross-functional activities.
• Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and open action items.
• Coordinate communication between SAP teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams to support successful project delivery.
• Provide visibility into integration progress and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

Integration Landscape

The role will focus on integrations with Finance-related systems, including:

• Order-to-Cash and Receivables solutions
• Payment processing platforms
• Tax management solutions
• Banking and Treasury applications
• Central Finance and Master Data Management solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Integration Coordinator.
• Experience working on SAP or ERP implementation/rollout projects.
• Good understanding of enterprise system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams across business and IT functions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is a strong advantage.
