We are currently looking for Call Center Agents to join our team and work remotely from anywhere in Poland.

Position: Call Center Agent

Work: Remote / Work from Home

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Experience: No previous experience required training provided

Requirement: Basic Polish and/or English communication skills

Flexible hours available

Competitive pay depending on workload and experience

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and inquiries

Provide helpful and professional customer support

Record and update customer information

Follow up with customers when required

Maintain good communication with customers

Requirements:

Must be 20+ years old

Good communication skills

Reliable and responsible

Able to work independently

Basic computer skills

Previous call-center experience is an advantage but

not required
