We are seeking a Digital & Tech Project Manager who will lead high‑impact digital and technology initiatives that deliver real business value and support the organisation’s evolving operating model. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end delivery of D&T projects, ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment and smooth transition into operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across the D&T portfolio.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business teams, D&T functions, external partners and shared service groups.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Ensure clear governance, decision‑making and reporting through PMO structures.
• Support value realisation by linking project outcomes to business benefits, operational improvements and service reliability.
• Oversee proper handover of deliverables to business or operational teams and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation delivery.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and business value delivery.
• Experience in portfolio management, PMO, separation, service transition or ERP/application environments is preferred.
