About the project, You will provide day-to-day IT support for business applications, ensuring their availability and smooth operation. In this role, you will handle user requests, analyze incidents, perform basic debugging, and resolve standard technical issues. You will cooperate closely with users and technical teams, gaining practical experience with application environments and support processes.
