Sales & Delivery Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing client requirements to define project needs
• Coordinating the preparation of commercial offers and proposals tailored to business needs
• Preparing high-quality sales materials such as presentations, offers, and meeting summaries
• Supporting the sales process by organizing activities, follow-ups, and next steps with stakeholders
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure proper understanding of client expectations
• Cooperating with recruitment teams to identify and match suitable candidates for projects
• Conducting interviews with candidates (mainly IT specialists) and supporting their evaluation
• Sourcing candidates and customers using internal databases and platforms such as LinkedIn
• Ensuring smooth communication between the client, delivery, and recruitment throughout the entire process

Our requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles (experience in IT services is a strong advantage)
• Very good command of English (B2/C1) enabling work with international clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, goal-oriented attitude with strong ownership
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Previous work in an IT outsourcing/consulting environment
• Experience in preparing commercial offers or participating in sales processes
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
