DevOps Engineer with Java

We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in Java for one of our banking projects.

The team you will join is currently responsible for working on the Credit Portfolio. Their responsibilities include overseeing the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities together with teams in other locations.

Your role

• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring and measuring system experience and KPIs
• Improving services through rigorous testing and releasing procedures
• Developing new features as conception, development, testing, deployment
• Translating design to code and performing necessary testing
• Performing root cause analysis for current issues and analyzing backlogs
• Troubleshooting problems with application development and usage
• Actively communicating with team members and Business in an international environment

Your skills

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical knowledge of the SCRUM (agility) framework
• Experience in at least some CI/CD/DevOps tools: GIT, Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Private Cloud (VM), GitHub, Groovy, Python, Linux and/ or shell scripting
• Familiarity with development technology stack: Java (8 and 17), Core Java, J2ee, Spring Boot, and/ or Oracle technologies
• Fluent knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of release management, problem management, and incident management (ITIL)
• Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
