Your responsibilities

• manage and coordinate complex, cross-portfolio digitalization projects,
• plan, monitor, and control project scope, budget, and timeline,
• lead large, distributed and cross-functional project teams,
• take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle,
• support clients in challenging situations and ensure successful project delivery,
• structure complex requirements and drive projects to completion,
• build strong client relationships and contribute to follow-up business,
• prepare proposals, estimations, and manage deal processes for strategic projects,
• manage subcontractors and ensure smooth communication across project phases,
• actively contribute to the development of project management practices within the organization.

Our requirements

• several years of experience managing complex IT/digital projects,
• strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid),
• experience in leading large, cross-functional teams,
• solid background in budget, risk, and quality management,
• experience in proposal preparation, project costing, and client-facing work,
• strong analytical skills and decision-making mindset,
• ability to handle escalation situations and solve complex problems,
• very good command of English (B2/C1).

Optional

• certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) is a plus.
