About the project

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of individual website implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Business Units to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives with global visibility, focusing on discrete projects rather than overseeing a program of related initiatives. Your responsibilities

• Managing daily project operations for assigned implementations within defined timelines and budget
• Collaborating with Product Management to track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project efforts
• Defining project governance and control mechanisms in line with organizational standards
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, taking corrective measures as needed
• Managing project schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment within the project framework
• Preparing and maintaining project artifacts such as timelines, dashboards, risk logs, and financial tracking
• Collaborating with other Project Managers to share best practices and lessons learned
• Ensuring projects align with business unit objectives while delivering measurable results
• Reporting on project status and escalating issues or risks that may impact delivery
• Contributing to steering committee or leadership discussions as needed

Our requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale digital transformation projects
• Proven ability to manage complex technology implementation projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
• Experience with project financial tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Azure DevOps
• Advanced level of English

• Experience with SAFe-Agile methodologies
