Your responsibilities

• Preparing and checking Instrumentation engineering deliverables like Instrument index, I/O list, Hook up diagrams , Instrumentation datasheets of Level , Pressure , Temperature, Flow instruments , Control valve , PSV sizing .
• Preparation and checking of Complex Loop diagrams, Cause and effect diagrams , Review of Detail engineering documents
• Participation in P&ID Review , HAZOP, and SIL assessments/verification.
• Site advisor for standard Topsoe project scope sites .
• Inspection of instrumentation items like Thermocouples , FAT and SAT of control systems.

Our requirements

• Hands-on experience in instrumentation sizing and selection (Conval/Engineering Base preferred).
• Knowledge of functional safety, including preliminary SIL assessment.
• Experience in procurement, inspection, and installation of field instruments.
• Good understanding of control systems.
• Familiar with ISO, API, ISA, IEC/IES, CE, and NEC standards
• Strong communication skills; comfortable in multicultural environments with a willingness to travel.
• Experience: 10- 15 years
• Bachelor or Masters of Engineering –Instrumentation, Electrical or equivalent.

The role focuses on ensuring reliable measurement, control, and performance of critical plant systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining instrumentation requirements, supporting technical decisions, reviewing solutions, and contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. This position is well suited for a hands-on engineer who can work independently, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute meaningfully to delivery in a highly technical environment.
