Your responsibilities
- Managing the performance of a team
- Assessing feasibility of deliverables and timelines, risk assessment and mitigation
- Adopting innovative approaches to problem solving
- Driving process and operating efficiencies through continuous improvement
- Being accountable for all the team deliveries
- Providing support to all the managerial areas where required
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive process documentation
- Design & measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (SLA’s/ KPI’s)
- Creating fluid work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Providing support to the Senior Management
- Communicating with various business areas
- Managing, coaching, developing and motivating the team through effective people management practices in order to achieve the optimal performance contribution from each team member.
- Performing all the necessary administrative tasks required from the company & effective management perspective
Our requirements
- University degree or quivalent professional experience
- Excellent English level (min. C1)
- Ability to deal with various data and high level of attention to details
- Sound decision-making capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Outstanding communication skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and resilience in a dynamic, change-driven environment
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Knowledge of insurance, Delegated Authority, including risk assessment, premium calculations, and claims management, is advantageous
